ARTIST BIO
Petra Jordan is a Slovak-born singer-songwriter, pianist and producer based in the Netherlands. Blending soulful pop with funk grooves and jazzy textures, her music pairs introspective storytelling with warm, sophisticated harmonies—creating a live experience that balances emotional depth with rhythmic lift.
Her latest album, Skin Hungry (2025), produced by Brussels-based artist and producer Bai Kamara Jr., explores themes of love, vulnerability, and human connection across a diverse sonic palette – from the funk-driven Pretty Boy and Tattoo In My Mind, to the reggae-inflected social commentary of License for the Truth, and the soulful depth of Slice. Her earlier releases include her debut album The Other Side and the acoustic EP Surrender.
As both songwriter and producer, Petra approaches her craft with lyrical honesty and harmonic richness—what she calls “turning therapy into chords.” With performances spanning Europe and the USA, she offers audiences a captivating musical journey—equal parts intimacy, resilience and groove.
